RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT(S) YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO SUBMIT AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND REQUEST AND SHIP BACK THE MERCHANDISE TO US. PLEASE CONTACT US AT [email protected] TO BEGIN THIS PROCESS. ADDITIONALLY, TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your refunded item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund post. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 – 3 working days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS.

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

 

EXCHANGES

 

If you ordered the wrong size we can definitely exchange your item for a 3,99€ Spain, 9,95€ Europe, NO EU 12€ o 19,95€ International exchange fee which covers the express post shipping of your preferred size replacement. You will need to send your unused item for exchange to the address below and include a note that details your order number and the size you are wanting to exchange it for. On approval of your exchanged item, we will have the size you want to be shipped to you sent via international standard post. Please contact us at [email protected] to confirm the exchange, and send the package back to:

It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

SHIPPINGS

 

All orders are shipped with DHL. A tracking number will be emailed to you when shipped. DHL typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive at your door.
Spain: € 3,99 express delivery 24/48 h.
Europe: € 9,95 express delivery 3-5 days

United Kingdom and Switzerland: €11,95 express delivery 3-5 days

North America: € 16 delivery 5-7 days
International: € 19,95 express delivery 5-7 days

Free Shipping: Spain over 60€, Europe 75€, International 100€.

Sometimes international orders can get stuck at country borders while being processed by customs. This will often delay a package 1 – 2 business days. Once a package leaves Rocacorba Clothing factory we no longer have control over shipping times. At that point, your package becomes the property of UPS until it is delivered to your address.

Where do you ship?

Incorrect Address
Rocacorba Clothing is not responsible for return shipping if the customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.

Are shipping times guaranteed?
We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments.

What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Once parcels are collected from our factory they are then the property of Correos Expres. Rocacorba Clothing is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay?
This depends on your country. Please note all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Vegan Athletic for any reason.

 

SIZING

 

We understand that size charts are scary things to deal with at the best of times. But we have put a lot of research, testing and measuring into our charts. They aren’t generic, they are specific to the Rocacorba Clothing range and will give you a very good indication of what your “Perfect Fit” is.
Use the chest, and waist dimensions for determining products you wear from your hips up and use the hips/butt and denim/pant size dimensions to determine what size you are for products you wear from the hips down. We’ve even added a female dress size conversion table that aligns with our sizing to help incase you don’t have measuring tape on hand.
