We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, with all duties and taxes included (DDP).
The price you see at checkout is the final price — no additional costs upon delivery.

• European Union: 4–7 business days

• International: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination.

Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

This means:

• All import duties and taxes are fully covered by us

• No additional payments are required upon delivery

• Your order is delivered seamlessly, without customs handling on your side

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please use the email associated with your order along with your order number via our returns portal HERE.

Once your return is registered, you will receive a prepaid return label and can choose between drop-off or collection.

Return conditions

Items must be returned:

• In their original condition

• Unused and unwashed

• With original packaging

Please ensure the items are securely packed. If the original shipping box is unavailable, any suitable protective packaging may be used.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Please allow 15–20 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If your order qualified for complimentary shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
