Delivery

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, with all duties and taxes included (DDP).
The price you see at checkout is the final price — no additional costs upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

• European Union: 4–7 business days

• International: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination.

Order Processing: Please allow 24–48 business hours for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment before it is dispatched. Processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, sales, or peak seasons.

Please note: Shipments that require customs clearance may experience delays beyond our control. Customs processing can add approximately 2 to 14 additional business days to the estimated transit time. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as these delays are determined by local customs authorities and cannot be expedited by Rocacorba.

Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

This means:

• All import duties and taxes are fully covered by us

• No additional payments are required upon delivery

• Your order is delivered seamlessly, without customs handling on your side

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please use the email associated with your order along with your order number via our returns portal HERE.

Within the EU, once your return is registered you will receive a return label and can choose between drop-off or collection. Outside the EU, please book the return shipment yourself with a shipping company once your return is registered; no label is provided.

Return conditions

Items must be returned:

• In their original condition

• Unused and unwashed

• With original packaging

Please ensure the items are securely packed. If the original shipping box is unavailable, any suitable protective packaging may be used.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Please allow 15–20 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We refund the purchase amount minus the return shipping cost (usually €5–€10), even if your original order shipped for free.
